On a 32000 square meter property with its own large piece of forest, there is a small stone house, 40 square meters, completely renovated with a bedroom, large bathroom and living-dining room and kitchen. There is a large pool (12 x 5 m), a 100 sqm terrace in the pool area with sun loungers, and a pergola covered with sails with a seating area and large hammock. On the other side of the house there is a covered terrace with a dining area and 2 sun loungers and a dining area in the outside area. So you can enjoy the morning sun and evening sun with every comfort. There is also a gas grill. The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) in top quality, air conditioning warm / cold and television with German satellite television and Spanish television. The bathroom is very large with a shower, washing machine and dryer. Living room, dining room and kitchen are in one room. There is a couch that can also be used as a sofa bed, television with German satellite television and Spanish television. Air conditioning hot / cold and a fireplace. Wood is provided free of charge. The kitchenette is small, but well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. Of course, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and juicer are available.
